TriMet Headquarters & Expansion

Originally a 95,000 sq/ft demo and tenant improvement project, CHC worked with owner and architect during design development to pre-release demo, MEP design, and release of long-lead materials while identifying over $1 million in value engineering. Split shifts enabled CHC to meet a compressed schedule and allowed tenant occupancy one month ahead of schedule.

At the project's completion, CHC was direct awarded (4) separate expansions with a combined total of over 30,000 sq/ft of additional office space, breakrooms, huddle rooms, and a public forum with existing design finishes from the previous build-out. In addition, CHC built raised access floor systems and a custom, seven-person dais with integrated audio/visual components for board members to interact with the public.
