An 11,000 SQ/FT tenant improvement for PGE at World Trade Center. The design called for a combination of ceiling systems, including ACT, open-to-structure, 9Wood, and hard lid assemblies, all blending seamlessly to create a modern, high-end environment. Despite procurement challenges due to material lead times, our proactive approach to scheduling and communication maintained project momentum.

We leveraged strategic sequencing, early material coordination, and daily collaboration between the field and design teams to overcome these obstacles. By adjusting our workflow and staying flexible, we successfully delivered the project on schedule without compromising quality or safety.
