Chris Holbrook Construction is the result of decades spent mastering the nuances of building in Portland. Chris transitioned from major ground-up projects to specialized tenant improvements in 2009, identifying a critical need for expertise in Class A occupied environments.

Established in 2019, CHC was built entirely on reputation. The first project came from a client who already knew what Chris could deliver. 277 successful projects later, reputation based referrals continue to grow year by year.
