A tenant improvement covering 4,250 SF of office and 95,452 SF of warehouse, preparing the facility for its new occupant.

Scope included removing the previous tenant's floor striping throughout the warehouse and restoring the space for a new operational layout. The building's fire protection system was upgraded with new Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler heads to provide enhanced coverage and meet current storage and safety requirements.

The completed improvements delivered a clean, code-compliant office and warehouse environment ready to support the tenant's operations.
