A 10,000 SQ/FT demo and tenant improvement. CHC collaborated directly with local and national tenant and architectural representatives to incorporate high-end finishes including custom flooring and cabinetry, specialty lighting packages, color concretes, HVAC upgrades, acoustical baffling, and outside patio area combined with an ACT/ceiling grid and open-to-structure design aesthetic.

After project completion, Prologis added CHC as a national preferred General Contractor and has since direct awarded over 300,000 SQ/FT of completed construction.
