Oregon Bioscience Incubator BSL-2 Laboratory

A tenant improvement converting an existing conference room and breakroom into a fully functional Biosafety Level 2 laboratory.

Scope included selective demolition, plumbing modifications, and installation of a new laboratory sink and supporting cabinetry. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were upgraded to meet the operational and code requirements of the new lab space. A new energy recovery ventilator was installed to provide the air changes and ventilation performance a BSL-2 environment requires, and a new eye wash station was added.

The completed project delivered a safe, efficient, and code-compliant laboratory built to support the tenant's specialized research and testing operations.
