Chris started in major ground-up projects, which allowed him to see all facets of construction. He moved into tenant improvement in 2009 and has since specialized in the construction of tenant improvements in Class A occupied buildings in the greater downtown Portland area.

How We Got Here.

Established in December 2019, Chris Holbrook Construction is the result of decades spent mastering the intricacies of building in Portland. Chris transitioned from major ground-up projects to specialized tenant improvements in 2009, identifying a critical need for expertise in Class A occupied environments.

CHC was built entirely on reputation. Our first project came from a client who already knew what Chris could deliver. Every project since has come the same way: referrals from people who've seen the work firsthand. 278 successful projects and counting, it's still the only way we've ever operated.
